Queen Anne Reading has been a great supporter of Afghan Action’s work. Two talks about Afghanistan and our work in chapel and a 6th form seminar, plus a chance to promote the work and sell carpets have all helped to build a strong relationship. The school has generously raised money for Afghan Action and donated goods for transport to Kabul in 2010. And the pupils designed a carpet which was made by Afghan Action’s weavers in Kabul in 2010.
