URGENT! Food prices are rising fast in Afghanistan. And we need your help in providing a midday meal for our staff and trainees. Access to clean water is the most basic requirement – and essential for good health and hygiene as well as for washing carpets and keeping the site clean. For most of our staff and trainees, this free meal is their main one of the day. It needs to be tasty and nutritious – and plentiful.

Access to good medicine is a real issue for Afghanistan and many branded medicines are actually inferior copies of the real thing. We aim to provide medicines which help with pain relief and can supplement any dietary or other deficiencies.
