Noor Jahan

Noor Jahan is 15 years old and she moved from Bolbarq village in Shul Gar district of Balkh Province.

She studied up to class 2 in school but due to financial problems she had to leave her studies and work in the farms to help the rest of the family.

Two of her family members are working at the moment and she can contribute from her $30 a month to the family.

She is a very ambitious young girl and wants to own her own loom and work for herself.
